Send an email to Dr. Sutton (suttong@evangel.edu) including the names and status (student or faculty) of each person attending from a school. Indicate which students plan to submit a paper.
Submit your proposal as a Word Document attachment to an email addressed to suttong@evangel.edu. Include the following information:
Oral - Our rooms have projectors and computers. Bring your PowerPoint presentation on a UBS flashdrive. Presentation time is 12 minutes plus 2 minutes for questions.
Poster - Posters should stand on a table and not exceed 40 inches in width.
Handouts - Bring 25 handouts that include: Presentation title, author(s), faculty sponsor, school name, location of full presentation or paper (e.g., email address or school web site).
* We will try to accommodate all requests for presentations and posters but space is limited so we will close submissions if all slots are taken. Kindly let us know in advance if you must cancel a presentation.
