Accredited by the National Association of Schools of Music (NASM) since 1970, the Department of Music offers undergraduate degree programs in music education, music performance, church music, music/theatre, and music industry (both recording technology and music business).

Students at Evangel study with distinguished performers, composers and scholars, and attend concerts by internationally known music artists. The department features a variety of performing ensembles, both large and small, including orchestras, bands, choirs and chamber ensembles. Our graduates are regularly accepted into the finest graduate programs in music, perform professionally, and include some of the finest music educators throughout the United States.
