Professor and alumnus compete in Ironman

Associate Professor of physical education (former track coach), Dr. Keith Hardy, and Fit One business owner (physical education and track alumni), Krista Edwards, competed in the Ironman Arizona race.

Hardy finished in 11 hours 10 minutes placing him 245/2066 overall and 45/300 in his age group.

Edwards finished in 12 hours 48 minutes placing her 810/2066 overall and 15/45 in her age group. Krista is married to Shad Edwards and they have a daughter named Alexa. Shad is also a physical education and football alumnus. He currently teaches and coaches football and basketball at Bolivar high school.
