For the Christian young person who wishes to understand and answer the call of God, today's world poses questions and challenges more complex than any in history. The Department of Theology seeks to prepare Christian leaders who are equal to those challenges. Whether you are interested in pastoral or youth ministry, missions, Christian education, or one of the many emerging nontraditional ministries, Evangel's Department of Theology has something to offer you.
Our programs include intensive coursework in Scripture, biblical studies, religion, missions, biblical languages, and philosophy. At all stages in the educational process, we seek to help students relate their faith and spiritual heritage to the culture around them.
