Alumni Association President's Award

The purpose of the Alumni President's Award is to recognize alumni who have made extraordinary contributions outside of the traditional careers that generally are recognized by the Board's other awards. This award need not be conferred each year, but only as the Board identifies outstanding accomplishments which it wishes to recognize.

Eligibility for the Award

• The award shall be limited to alumni of Evangel University.
• The ability to attend Homecoming in the year in which the award is to be given is a prerequisite for receiving the award.
• Nominees shall have made significant accomplishments not related to a traditional career, which could include major community accomplishments, major Christian service contributions, or specific contributions to Evangel University.
• Nominees must submit a completed nomination form and a letter of endorsement from their pastor or other clergy member.
• Nominees must show current and continued interest in Evangel University.
• No member of the Alumni Board shall be eligible for the Alumni President's Award so long as he or she remains a member of the Alumni Board.
