Baseball

The Evangel baseball program is one of the oldest at the university and has always been competitive on the diamond. Since joining the Heart of America Athletic Conference in 1988, the team has finished in the top-5 at the conclusion of 12 of the 14 seasons. The 1996 team won the conference championship. Seventy-seven Evangel athletes have won all-conference honors (23 1st team) and several players have gone on to play professionally.
