Softball Doubleheader vs. Bacone Cancelled

Springfield, Mo. — Evangel University’s softball doubleheader against Bacone (Okla.) College has been cancelled by rain. The two non-conference games were originally scheduled for this afternoon. They will not be rescheduled.
The Lady Crusaders are currently ranked 18th in the nation in the NAIA and have a 25-9 overall record. They are in first place in the Heart of America conference with a league record of 10-1.
Evangel is scheduled to play a conference doubleheader tomorrow at home against Lindenwood (22-20, 2-2) at 3 p.m.
