Women's Basketball At Rogers State Classic

Evangel travels to Claremore, Oklahoma for the Rogers State Classic Friday and Saturday. The Crusaders play both games at 2 p.m. and face Texas Wesleyan Friday and Ecclesia on Saturday.

 

Evangel is ranked 24th in NAIA-I and are off to a 1-0 start after a 77-68 opening night win over #15 Southern Nazarene on Monday night at the Ashcroft Center.

 

Texas Wesleyan will play Evangel with a 1-0 after they won their first game at St. Gregory’s (Okla.) 64-62 on Tuesday. The Rams were 8-23 last year.

 

Ecclesia (Ark.) plays Evangel Saturday. The Lady Royals will face host Rogers State on Friday night. The Springdale-based college enters the event 1-4.
