Our mission is to provide assistance to internal customers with their recruiting and hiring tasks, compensation and benefit management, employee relations procedures, and coordinating/facilitating employee training and development programs.

HR also seeks to help foster a healthy working environment that promotes quality job performance, productivity, and employee satisfaction. HR’s mission extends to external customers in demonstrating Evangel’s values, good reputation, and excellent customer service to prospective students, employees, and business relationships.

The goal is that Evangel University will be effective in reaching its organizational objectives of providing excellent educational opportunity and spiritual growth for current and future students.
