Founders Interview Information
The Evangel Founders Scholarship provides full– and half–tuition scholarships to students who have
consistently demonstrated their commitment to Christ and to high academic achievement.
Applicants must meet all of the following requirements

United States citizen or permanent resident

Enrollment as a full-time, first-time student (12 credits/semester or more) in the traditional undergraduate
program at Evangel University

Minimum 3.8 cumulative high school grade point average on a 4.0 scale

ACT composite score of 30 or above or SAT I (Critical Reading and Match sections only) of 1320 or above

Demonstrated church, school or community-related involvement

Demonstrated strong Christian character

Application for undergraduate admission postmarked by January 1, 2008 and admitted by January 15, 2008
Important Dates
- January 1, 2008 — Application for undergraduate admissions postmarked by this date
- January 15, 2008 — Founders Scholarship application postmarked by this date
- January 25, 2008 — We will invite qualified applicants to interview for a Founders Scholarship
- February 8, 2008 — RSVP to an invitation to interview
- February 21, 2008 — Visit day for Founders applicants who would like a personalized visit
- February 22, 2008 — Interview day
- April 1, 2008 — Final award notification will be made no later than this date
- August 2008 — 2009 Founders Scholarship Application becomes available
