Favorite thing about EU: the teachers and the people-the teachers really care about you and get to know you, and the people are just awesome

Most Embarrassing Moment: In 7th grade I tried out for the basketball team and made it! Towards the end of the season we had “Parents’ Night” in the big high school gym and all the parents (including mine) were there to watch. In the 3rd quarter, the other team kept trying to make a basket, but couldn’t. So I grabbed the ball, shot it, and it went in! As I ran down the court my teammates did not look very happy. I had scored for the other team and we lost the game 7-9, by 1 basket!

My experience at Evangel was incredible-from meeting so many new people to feeling prepared for the real world. Also, Evangel offers so many different activities that you can’t help but get involved. Plus, you learn to be more independent and grow with the freedom you are given, while at the same time you are challenged in your relationship with the Lord.
