If you've already attended Evangel and want to return:

1. re-applicant application (pdf)
2. Essay explaining why you left Evangel previously and why you now desire to return
3. $20 application fee (payable by check, money order, or credit card).
4. pastoral reference form (pdf)
5. official transcripts from every college attended since Evangel
6. transfer clearance form (pdf) from every college attended since Evangel
7. housing form (pdf) OR online housing form or off-campus form (pdf)
8. $200 enrollment deposit (payable by check, money order, or credit card)
