March 1	2nd Scholarship Deadline Music Scholarship Schedule a live audition by contacting the music office (417) 865-2815 ext. 7211 or send in a tape/CD Scholarship application & info Download National Fine Arts Festival Scholarship Application
April 1	Priority FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) Deadline Use previous year’s tax info (ex. for 2008-09 FAFSA, use 2007 tax info) www.fafsa.ed.gov Evangel’s FAFSA code: 002463 1st batch of Financial Aid award letters mailed out Evangel Email Account & Student Portal set-up Instructions are emailed to all accepted students Early Academic Advising begins (until July 1) Available for students who are accepted and have submitted housing form and $200 enrollment deposit Academic advisor will contact you to create a class schedule for the fall semester
May 1	Guaranteed Enrollment Deadline Turn in housing form & $200 enrollment deposit to secure your place for the fall semester before all spots are gone
June	On Campus Housing Assignment Check Evangel email to find out roommate/dorm info
July 1	Financial Aid Documents Deadline Log-in at “My Financial Aid” Apply for additional loans if necessary Finish Student portal Log-in and finish checklist
