Higher Education Administration MOL

The Higher Education Administration Program will provide students a choice of earning a certificate in higher education or a Master of Organizational Leadership degree with an emphasis in Higher Education Administration. Students in the certificate-only program will complete four courses, two each year, that focus on critical issues for higher education administrators. The MOL Higher Education Administration emphasis program allows students who do not already have a master’s degree to combine the credits for the certificate with an additional 24 credits taken as a part of the Organizational Leadership program. In their studies, student projects will focus on higher education administration.

Networking Opportunities

Students participating in the Organizational Leadership program have significant opportunities to develop relationships with their peers and faculty members. The Evangel experience emphasizes servant leadership that begins with faculty members and extends to the students. Our students have opportunities to explore leadership and organizational concepts designed so they will help their organization fulfill its mission. Our students come from a variety of backgrounds: for-profit and not-for profit organizations, churches, and universities.

Admission Requirements

Admission to the Organizational Leadership program is based upon the congruence of the student and his/her experience with the goals of the organizational leadership program. Decisions regarding admission are based upon the following*:

* Special admission is possible for students not meeting designated admission standards if the combination of qualifying criteria suggests the probability of success in the program is high.
