Features of the Organizational Leadership Program

Is a Master of Organizational Leadership degree for you?

Hybrid MOL

The Online Hybrid program begins with an on-campus experience in July. Here, students are introduced to the degree program, oriented to the program procedures, meet faculty and fellow students and begin their graduate education. This experience begins on a Tuesday evening and concludes on Saturday morning. During the first summer and fall terms, students then complete three courses online and a project. The project allows students to apply learning from the three courses to their particular work environment.

In January, students return for a second on-campus residential experience. This opportunity includes presentations of projects and the beginning of the first course in the Spring semester. The 2nd year will continue this pattern and end with graduation at the end of the Spring semester of the 2nd year.

Local Seated MOL

The Local Seated program will provide the same curriculum and learning opportunities as the Online Hybrid program. These students will meet on campus throughout the semester with professors and classmates to discuss the assigned material and to further their knowledge regarding the course objectives. Students will come to class one night a week and will be enrolled in two classes each term. Students will complete the action projects each fall and spring semester that will be presented in the following semester. Students beginning in the summer term, will graduate at the end of the Spring semester of the 2nd year.
