Online Registration Procedures for Graduate Studies Summer 2008

Academic: March 24 – May 6, 2008
Financial: April 14 –May 6, 2008

  1. Go to evangel.edu/ecamsstudent and log in using your Evangel student account.  Your log in is generally the first seven characters of your last name followed by the last four digits of your student ID number.  If you do not know your student login information, call x8368 (Help Desk).
  2. Choose term “SU3-08” when you log in.
  3. Complete the steps as shown on the initial task list.
  4. At “Create a Course Schedule”, select the classes in which you want to enroll. When you hit “submit”, your schedule will be sent to an advisor for approval. The advisor will approve, reject, or request a conference with you. You will be sent an email notice of the advisors decision. When approved, the schedule will be entered into the system.

All students who do not complete online registration by May 6 will be charged a $50 late registration fee and will need to come to campus and manually submit appropriate registration forms signed by their advisor.

The schedule for the spring semester (SU3-08) is available online, or by picking up a copy in the Graduate Studies office (Zimmerman Hall, Room 201D).

Textbooks

The textbook list is available for download (pdf) and is posted in the Graduate & Professional Studies Student Lounge (Z 212). You may also pick up a copy of the textbook list in the GPS office (Z 201).

Assistantships/Scholarships

If interested in applying for scholarship funds, please submit your application by February 15 to the Graduate Studies office. (Mailing address:  Graduate Studies, Z 201D, 1111 N. Glenstone Ave., Springfield, MO  65802). Download the assistantship/ scholarship application (pdf).

All awards are posted by April 30 for the next academic year.

Please Note: Registration is NOT official until you have completed Financial Registration as described above. Schedules for students that do not complete Financial Registration by May 16 will be dropped.
