Online Registration for Graduate Studies Spring 2010
Academic Registration: November 19, 2009 – January 13, 2010
Financial Registration: Notification will be sent out from the Student Financial Services offices confirming when the portal has been opened for financial registration. December 17, 2009 – January 15, 2010
- Go to www.evangel.edu/ecamsstudent and log in using your Evangel student account. Your log in is generally the first four characters of your last name followed by the first digit and last four digits of your student ID number. If you do not know your student login information, please contact the Graduate Studies office at ext. 8274 or by email. (If you experience technical difficulties with your password when logging in, please contact the IT Help Desk at 865-2815 ext. 8368).
- Choose term “ SP1-10” when you log in.
- Complete the steps as shown on the registration checklist.
- At “Create a Course Schedule”, select the classes in which you want to enroll, click on ‘Add Selected’, review your course selections and then click on ‘Done’. Your schedule will be sent to your academic advisor for approval. The advisor will approve, reject, or request a conference with you. You will be sent an email notice of the advisors decision. When approved, the schedule will be entered into the system and you will be able to move forward with the financial registration process (see dates listed above).
All students who do not complete online financial registration by January 15 will be charged a $50 late financial registration fee and will need to come to campus and manually complete the remaining steps for their spring financial registration. Online financial registration will close at 4:30 p.m. on January 15.
Late financial registration will be January 19-22 and must be completed in the billing office by appointment. Contact Heather Toro at 865-2815 ext. 7347 or by email. Any schedules that are not official at the end of late registration week will be deleted.
Schedule
The draft schedule for the spring semester (SP1-10) is available online, or by picking up a copy in the Graduate Studies office (Zimmerman Hall, Room 201F).
Textbooks
The textbook list will be posted online after November 15 and will also be posted in the Graduate & Professional Studies Student Lounge (Z 212).
Assistantships/Scholarships
If interested in applying for scholarship funds for the 2010-2011 academic year, please submit your application by February 1, 2010 to the Graduate Studies office. (Mailing address: Graduate Studies, Z 201D, 1111 N. Glenstone Ave., Springfield, MO 65802). Download the assistantship/ scholarship application (pdf).
All awards are posted by April 30 for the next academic year.
Please Note: Registration is NOT official until you have completed Financial Registration. Schedules for students that do not complete Financial Registration by January 22, 2010 will be dropped.
