Married Students

Evangel has a limited number of houses, duplexes and apartments available to full-time students who meet the requirements to live off campus. Perkin Apartments have one bedroom and are reserved for married students without children. Two-bedroom duplexes and several single-family homes are also available. All properties are within walking distance of campus. Contact the Housing Office for more information about Evangel rental properties or complete the rental housing application (pdf) if you would like to be placed on the waiting list.

Engaged and Newly-Married

To be permanently approved to live off campus (whether in Evangel properties or elsewhere), female students must change their name on their social security card (learn how to change you name on your Social Security card). Then the couple must take their marriage license and her new social security card (or letter from the SS office) to Evangel's Records and Registration Office.
