CAMS was updated on Monday, March 10, 2008, with several changes that affected sections for Admissions, Registration, Billing, Housing, Financial Aid, Development, and the Cams Manager.

Campus computer labs have been upgraded with Microsoft Office 2007 programs, a change put into effect in fall 2007. Contact the Help Desk to have Office 2007 installed on your laptop. Numerous training resources are available to learn these programs.
IT recently launched Parature, an online help desk software. The goal is to improve internal and external support to Evangel’s campus community.
The online help desk offers a knowledge base with existing solutions, capability to submit online work orders, and ability to check current and past work orders. The system will also provide online chat functions with the Help Desk and online discussion boards with peers.
