The Kendrick Library staff offers a service that is unique to most libraries our size. We do “mediated searching” which means that the staff makes every effort to serve you faster than traditional interlibrary loan service, which can take up to three weeks. The staff will look at your request and attempt to find articles in the library or in a local library that might serve your purpose. If we do find something that might work for you, a staff member will attempt to contact you by email with 48 hours. If there is nothing available, we will put the request out to other libraries. You can speed up the process even more if you can come by the library and see one of the reference librarians before you complete this form.
