To discover your life, you have to live it! LifeWorks can help you explore your life calling through internships and scholarships available through your department.
As an intern, you’ll build relationships with prominent community and workforce leaders in your chosen field. Contact the LifeWorks advisor in your department to find out if there are funds available for internships.
In addition to internships, departmental scholarships are available to help you participate in activities, travel experiences, research, classes or conferences that help you explore possible career paths and challenge you to reflect on the relationship of your spiritual and moral commitments and your career and work goals. These scholarships can be individually customized to fit your area of interest.
Opportunities:
- Intern at churches, businesses, government organizations, civic agencies, and more.
- Travel and/or study abroad
- Attend professional and ministry conferences
- Research a field of study

How do I apply for an internship or scholarship?
First, talk to the LifeWorks advisor in your department to find out if there are funds available for an internship or scholarship. If funds are available, please complete an Individual Student Application and turn it in to your departmental LifeWorks advisor. -
The opportunity I am interested in does not fit any of the categories above. Can I still apply?

Besides the application, is there anything else required in order to receive funding from LifeWorks?
If you have received any funds from LifeWorks, you must complete a Student Data Report Form as well as a 3-5 page essay describing your experience and its impact on you.
