The Evangel University cross country team will compete in the NAIA Region V meet on Saturday, Nov. 4. The meet is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. at Baker University in Baldwin City, Kans.
Senior Rebecca Webster-Parr leads the Lady Crusaders. She has been EU’s top finisher in every meet this season. Senior Erik Hinkle is the men’s top runner. Hinkle has led all EU male runners in 2006. The men’s and women’s teams are directed by Lynn Bowen, who is in his eighth year at the helm of the EU cross country program.
If any Evangel runners qualify, they will perform in the NAIA national meet in Louisville, Kentucky on Saturday, Nov. 18.
