Three Evangel golfers made the trip to the William Woods University Invitational in Fulton, Missouri, on April 2. The April 3 round was canceled due to rain. Mallory Baumhoer led the trio of players with an 85. Lindsay Hull and Rody Long each shot 88 during the first round.
Up next for the Lady Crusaders is the McKendree College Spring Invitational. The tournament will begin at 11 a.m. at the Cardinal Creek Golf Course at Scott AFB, Ill.
