Springfield, Mo. — Dr. Cal LeMon will be the guest speaker at a Leadership Forum sponsored by Evangel University Students in Free Enterprise.

This event will be held Friday, Oct. 12, from 1 to 2:30 p.m. in Evangel’s Barnett Fine Arts Recital Hall, as a part of the Business Department’s Homecoming activities.

The public is invited, and there is no charge to attend.

In his session, “Forgiveness as a Business Strategy,” LeMon will share how focusing on the discipline of forgiveness can make a dysfunctional workplace healthy and profitable.

LeMon is an executive coach and leadership development consultant, working with clients in the United States, Canada, Western Europe, and South America. His company, Executive Enrichment, Inc. is based in Springfield, Mo.

He is rated one of the 10 best speakers in America by the Society for Human Resource Management, Washington, D.C.
