Professor to present paper at BBC

Springfield, Mo. — Dr. Wave Nunnally, professor of early Judaism and Christian origins at Evangel University, will present a paper at the annual meeting of the Greater Springfield Professors of Bible on Thursday, Feb. 7, 2008, at Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Mo.

Nunnally’s paper is titled “Will the Real Jesus Stand Up? A Brief Comparison of the Person, Teaching and Works of Jesus in the Canonical and Apocryphal Gospels.”

Nunnally earned his Ph.D. from Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion in Cincinnati, Ohio. He joined the Evangel faculty in 2002.
