Hagerla to perform senior voice recital

Springfield, Mo. — Devon Hagerla, daughter of Kent and Debbie Hagerla, of Edina, Mo., will perform her senior voice recital at Evangel University Saturday, April 12, at 6 p.m. in the Barnett Fine Arts Recital Hall.
There is no charge for admission, and the public is invited to attend.
The program will include the following works:

- Wie Melodien by Johannes Brahms

- Verborgenheit by Hugo Wolf
- Er Ist's by Robert Schumann

- Hark! The ech'ing Air by Henry Purcell
- Elle a fui, la tourterelle! by Jacques Offenbach
- Si mes vers avaient des ailes! by Reynaldo Hahn
- Chanson d'amour by Gabriel Fauré
- Music, when soft voices die; Peace; Shall I compare thee by Ernest Gold
- O Savior, Hear Me by Christoph Willibald von Gluck
Accompanists include Doree Donaldson on piano and harpsichord, Erin Hefta on violin, Naomi Benecasa on cello, and Kellen Stokes, baritone.
Hagerla, a student of Dr. Richard Honea, is pursuing a degree in music education at Evangel.
