Excelsis Trio to perform

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — Excelsis Trio, the Evangel University faculty piano trio, will be performing a recital Tuesday, Oct. 13, at 7:30 p.m. in the Barnett Fine Arts Center Recital Hall.
There is no charge for admission and the public is invited to attend.
Members of the trio are Dr. Larry Dissmore, violinist, Mrs. Jacque Trtan, cellist, and Dr. Linda Ligate, pianist.
The program includes the Dvorak Trio in E minor, Op.90, the “Dumky,” in addition to trio arrangements of Dvorak’s “Slavonic Dance” in E minor, an Albeniz “Tango,” a Ginastera “Milonga,” and a Rodriguez “Moccosita.”
