Jazz Ensemble to perform concert

Springfield, Mo —The Evangel University Jazz Ensemble, directed by Jason Salazar, will perform a concert at 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 5, in the Barnett Recital Hall.
There is no charge for admission and the public is invited to attend.
The program will include a collection of jazz compositions such as Wind Machine, Act Your Age, Take the “A” Train, Send in the Clowns, Basically Blues, Sidewinder, Spain, and Mercy, Mercy, Mercy.
The concert will feature 20 Evangel students, along with Michael “Bear” Schwartz and alumnus Matt Moore ’01.
