Professors Greg Morris and Linda Ligate to perform duo piano faculty recital

Springfield, Mo — Evangel professors of music Dr. Greg Morris and Dr. Linda Ligate will be featured in a duo piano faculty recital at Evangel University on Thursday, Feb. 4, at 7:30 p.m., in the Barnett Recital Hall.
The program includes the “Poulenc Sonata for Two Pianos” and the “Bartok Sonata for Two Pianos and Percussion.” For the Bartok selection, Chris Akins and Robin Hendry are the percussionists. Akins is a 1990 Evangel alumnus, and Hendry is adjunct music faculty.
Dr. Larry Dissmore, Evangel professor of music, will be conducting the Bartok ensemble.
