Three education majors receive Musgrave Foundation scholarships

Springfield, Mo — Three Evangel University education majors are the recipients of Musgrave Foundation scholarships in the amount of $1,000 for the spring 2010 semester.
- Natasha Dash, senior early childhood education major from Altus, Okla.
- Courtney Ford, junior elementary education major from Atascadero, Calif.
- Victoria Nichols, junior elementary education major from Tulsa, Okla.
Musgrave funds are allocated to students majoring in children and older adult studies.
The Musgrave Foundation is underwriting the scholarship through a generous donation made to Missouri Colleges Fund. Drury University, Evangel University and Southwest Baptist University each received $3,000 in scholarship funds.
The MCF was formed in 1952 as a nonprofit corporation. Its mission is to acquire resources to help educate students in its 16 member private liberal arts colleges and universities.
