Thursday, May 1 – 10:30 a.m. – Parents’ Brunch

Location: Crusader Hall

• Parents only, please

Thursday, May 1 - 3 p.m. – Baccalaureate, Awards, & Honors Day

Location: Evangel Chapel

• Line up at 2:45 p.m.
• Wear Cap & Gown

Thursday, May 1 – President’s Reception

Location: Crusader Hall

• Immediately following Baccalaureate
• For Graduates and Families

Friday, May 2 – 9:30 a.m. – Commencement

Location: James River Assembly

• Line up at 9 a.m. in the Atrium (Please allow at least 45 minutes to travel from Evangel to James River Assembly)
• Open Seating for Families – Lobby opens at 7 a.m.

Remember: Caps and Gowns are distributed by the Bookstore for undergraduate students and by the D.C. and Graduate Offices for degree completion and graduate students.
