I chose Evangel because I wanted to go into missions work, but I wanted to get a business degree to go with it. I want to go to France, and Evangel also offers French.
The half-tuition Founders Scholarship, Business Department and Theology Department academic scholarships, academic scholarships from my home town, and a scholarship from the Montana District Assemblies of God
I’ve really enjoyed the camaraderie with other guys. There are so many people who have the same heart for God as I do.
I’m on the football team; I play tight end. I’m also on an intramural basketball team.
I came for an interview for the Founders Scholarship. I did a campus visit and interview all in one.
The campus is very new. The classrooms are very nice compared to some of the other colleges I looked at; it’s very up to date. It’s just a nice place to be.
I think it’s the overall growth I’ve gone through so far and can look forward to—knowledge in certain fields and in certain areas as well as spiritual growth. The teachers of my business classes have integrated faith into the business world, and I think that you get great value. If you were taking business somewhere else, you might not get that or see how much faith relates. Each on its own is great—to grow spiritually or to grow academically—but when you put them together, it’s so much better.
