Financial Registration
All students are required to financially register each semester, including both summer sessions. New students will receive instructions and information about financial registration during New Student Orientation. Returning students will sign up for a time to register online through their student
portal.
Note: Students are not considered officially enrolled for the semester (even if a payment has been made) until the Financial Registration process is complete.
The following steps must be completed before students financially register:

Clearance by Evangel’s Health Center (records and immunizations)
- Updating Personal Information online through the student portal (student portal and Evangel E-mail account instructions will be E-mailed to new students by the housing office once the housing deposit is received)

Completion of all Financial Aid documents (should be done prior to arrival on campus)

Academic schedule entered (new students will complete this during New Student Orientation)
Each semester that a student registers they will need to complete the Registration Checklist through the student portal. Checklist items include:
- Clear Alerts/Holds
- Personal Information
- Consent, Character and Lifestyle Forms
- Create Course Schedule
- Financial Aid Documents
- Wellness Center
- Academic Schedule
- Registration Preferences
- Financial Registration Signup (only if on-campus registration is needed)
- Financial Aid Transferred
- Financial Aid Review
- Bill Approval
- Financial Registration
- Bill Payment
- Financial Registration Completion
Each of the checklist items has a “help” box available to explain the step in further detail and gives an E-mail contact for additional assistance.
