Career Assessment (FOCUS)

The FOCUS career assessment is available to all Evangel students. FOCUS can help you think about career readiness as you examine career and educational goals, academic strengths, career planning status, and personal development needs. Additionally, you can complete a self-assessment that helps you learn more about your work interests, personality, skills, values, and leisure interests. The FOCUS program then combines all of this information to help you explore career choices that align with your unique gifts. After narrowing your choices, you can explore career and major possibilities. You can examine what you can do with certain majors and what career options might be available based on those majors. You can also research particular companies and job interests. The online FOCUS is available for you at any time.

As you register, the first question will ask for an access code. To pick up a code, either come by the Career Services office in the Student Union, suite 107, or email Tina Moore.

The second question concerns your graduation year. Click on the appropriate year. Then answer the remaining questions and you will be registered to begin FOCUS.
