Make a Gift of Securities

Gifts of appreciated securities provide two benefits to the donor:

• You will receive a charitable tax deduction for the fair market value of the securities.
• You will avoid capital gains taxes on the appreciated assets.

Note: The Securities must be given to Evangel University. If you sell the Securities and donate the proceeds, you will not realize the same tax benefits.
