Esther Malone and Cody Yanez to present sophomore vocal recital at Evangel University, Tuesday, March 18

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Evangel University music majors, Esther Malone and Cody Yanez, will perform a collaborative voice recital on Tuesday, March 18, at 6 p.m. in the Barnett Recital Hall. The public is invited to attend, and admission is free.

esther malone200dpiCarol Wilson, a Springfield pianist, will accompany the performers for a majority of their songs. Yanez will also accompany Malone on Requiem Aeternam, which is an original piece he wrote.

Chris Ragain, senior broadcasting major, and Julia Gardino, music education major, will also perform with the pair for the song In My Life/A Heart Full of Love.

Esther Malone is the daughter of Howard and Melanie Malone from Waynesville, Mo.

Cody Yanez is the son of Stephen & Leslie Yanez from Valley Springs, Calif.
