News Release

Alumni Directory

August 23, 2017 | Tim Stone

We strive to keep our Evangel, CBC, and AGTS alumni connected to the University and to each other. In order to do this, we have engaged the assistance of Publishing Concepts (PCI) to help improve the accuracy of our alumni information and create a new alumni directory. PCI is a company located in Dallas that publishes directories for educational institutions and military organizations across the nation. This project allows us to receive important updates to our database so we know more about our alumni and how we can better serve you and future alumni.

Over the next few weeks, you will receive postcards and phone calls requesting updates to your contact information for the accuracy of our records. Your assistance in updating your information is greatly appreciated, and will provide several benefits to you and to us. Once the information is collected an Alumni Directory will be made available to all Evangel, CBC, and AGTS alumni for purchase (there are no obligations to buy). PLEASE NOTE: Our contractual agreement with PCI ensures that contact information remains confidential and that the directory is made available only to alumni.

Having more accurate information allows Evangel to be good stewards of the resources we have when communicating with Evangel, CBC, and AGTS alumni. Accurate data saves cost on mailer returns, and allows the University to be more accurate in getting you information that is important to you. Also, having accurate alumni information is directly linked to our ability to be ranked by outside ranking agencies like the U.S. World News and Report. Finally, up-to-date contact information directly impacts the decision making and planning of where and when to host alumni gatherings throughout the country.

We are grateful for your help as we continually try to be the best resource to Evangel, CBC, and AGTS alumni that we can be. Looking forward to connecting with you soon!
