Student Wellness Proficiency
This course is required for all new freshmen and transfer students who have not taken a Lifetime Fitness Class. This is a general education requirement for graduation, but is not assigned course credit upon completion.
This course is a 3 week proficiency class that the student must work out 9 times in 21 days. There is a course instructor who will educate the students in what the Mabee Student Fitness Center has to offer. The student will sign up for a class time at the front desk of the Mabee Student Fitness Center. The student will then attend the time and work out with the trainer. The trainer will sign off on their name after the completed work out. Once all nine workouts are completed in the 21 days the student has completed the proficiency.
