Tuition Payment Options


Traditional Undergraduate and Graduate Program Payment Options

Option 1 – Payment in Full: Personal funds, loans, grants, scholarships, etc. can be used toward payment in full at registration. Federal Work-Study funds cannot be used toward payment in full.

Students in the traditional undergraduate program who have funds available at registration to cover the total semester costs will be entitled to a one percent (1%) cash discount off the total of semester charges less any institutional funds.

Option 2 – Monthly Payment Plan: After the financial aid listed on your award letter (except Federal Work-Study) has been applied, the remaining semester balance is divided into four monthly payments. There is a $25 deferred payment fee per semester. There is no monthly interest charge; however, a $25 late payment fee is assessed for each late payment.


Degree Completion Program Payment Options

Option 1 – Payment in Full: Personal funds, loans, grants, scholarships, etc. can be used toward payment in full at registration for each term.

Option 2 –Payment Plan: After the financial aid listed on your award letter has been applied, the remaining semester balance is divided into four payments. The first payment is due at the time of financial registration for the term with each remaining payment being due at the beginning of each remaining class in the term. Cohort classes are generally five weeks in length making payments due approximately every five weeks.

Late Payments
There is a $25 deferred payment fee per semester. There is no monthly interest charge; however, a $25 late payment fee is assessed for payments received more than 10 days after the due date.


eUniversity Distance Program Payment Options

All online students are required to pay in full at the time of financial registration. Students will not have access to their Evangel student portal, email or Angel until tuition payments are received and verified. Evangel currently accepts online payment through Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card.
