The Alumni Council exists to empower alumni volunteers with simple, strategic, and mutually beneficial opportunities that will support students, reach alumni, lead academic innovation, and invest in the future.

Areas of Focus
Admissions/Recruiting
By partnering with our Admissions office, alumni can assist in communicating with prospective students by sharing personal stories of how Evangel can impact their lives and help them live out their calling.
Internships/Jobs
Alumni can assist by providing consistent internship, mentoring, and job opportunities for current students looking to gain experience and prepare for life after graduation.
Events
As the University works to connect with the global alumni community, alumni can host and/or assist with event planning and logistics locally and around the country.
Leading an Alumni Chapter
With large groups of alumni in select locations throughout the country, alumni can assist by leading the effort of connecting and building relationships with alumni in their immediate communities.
Speaking in Class
Alumni can directly influence current students through in-class presentations, guest lectureships, and connecting with students.
Academic Department Advisory Board
As we endeavor to lead with Academic Innovation, alumni can assist us by joining an academic department advisory board to ensure we are delivering the most relevant education in the field to equip our students for success.
How to Join
There are two elements to joining the Alumni Council, Service and Financial Support. We ask that all members commit to at least one area of focus listed above as well as commit financial support that is feasible for them. The three giving levels are:
- Maroon Level: $150/year OR $10/month recurring gift
- Gold Level: $500/year (alumni giving at this level who have graduated within the past ten years will receive an invitation to the President’s Club dinner at Homecoming)
- President’s Club Level: $1,000/year (this includes an invitation to the President’s Club dinner at Homecoming and periodic Campus Update calls with the President)
