Kevin is a practicing lawyer in Colorado and Missouri. He owns Callahan Law LLC, which represents nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations from small start-ups and churches to large multinational organizations. He also advises businesses and prepare estate plans for individuals.

Kevin is currently working on an undergraduate level textbook on the topic of Nonprofit and Tax-Exemption law.

Favorite Thing About Work: Kevin is teaching for one reason. He loves students and the opportunity to encourage each student to be their best to the Glory of God.

Was an Evangel Student: Evangel 1990-1994

Favorite Memory as a Student: Meeting Yvonne (’93) and a certain pair of Coca-Cola jeans. Serving in student government. Developing Evangel Soccer and winning the national club championship at KU. Fun with K3N and The Yokes. C.S. Lewis class with Twyla Edwards and classes with James Edwards and Nathan Nelson.

Personal Information: Kevin is married to Yvonne (’93) who is a Registered Nurse at Mercy Hospital. They have three smart and beautiful daughters. Kinzie and Hadleigh attend Wheaton College in Illinois and Mollie Clare is a student at Central High School. The family loves sharing soccer, art, theater, and music together. They are members of All Saints Anglican Church in Springfield.
