to Enhance Your Leadership Skills

Are you a teacher or administrator looking to enhance your leadership skills? We now offer 5-week online micro-courses designed to fit your busy lifestyle! Each course will be focused on a topic relevant to education and will include three sessions per topic. Graduate credits are available for participation in these micro-courses, and may build a base towards the completion of our Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction Leadership.

  • $100 per micro-course
  • Graduate credit may be assigned at an additional $140 per credit hour (a 20% discount on current EU graduate credit cost)

Classroom Management

Classroom Management is an integral part of the teaching and learning process that helps students to perform at their highest levels. Proactive classroom management that is built on research-based recommendations for dealing with contemporary concerns can promote classroom life that is academically productive and satisfying for both teachers and students.

Organizational Leadership
Instructor: Dr. Gordon Pace,

The Organizational Leadership mini-course is designed to assist the administrator with the necessary functions related to planning, organization, and implementation of programs that support the learning environment. Each session will integrate theories of leadership for successful school management. Discussions of leadership and organizational behavior will be rooted in Christian standards. Each session will challenge the thinking of the student to look for new and better ways of successful organizational management in educational environments.
