Evangel is part of the Heart of America Athletic Conference and has intercollegiate sports teams for men in football, basketball, baseball, track and field, cross-country and golf. Women have volleyball, basketball, softball, track and field, cross-country and tennis. Crusader athletes are also actively involved in outreach through athletic ministries programs.
