Evangel University Chorale to travel for performances in Tulsa, Okla., March 30

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – The Evangel University Chorale will travel to Tulsa, Okla., this weekend and will perform two concerts on Sunday, March 30.

The chorale, under the direction of Tom Matrone, will perform select pieces at CrossPoint Church in the morning and then will perform with full orchestra at Carbondale Assembly that evening.

Selections will include Mozart’s Sparrow Mass and Mark Hayes’ Te Deum.

“We are pleased to present a well-rounded concert of diverse music developed out of academic excellence and a heart of ministry,” Matrone said.
