Today’s ministry landscape is evolving faster than ever. It demands leaders who are both theologically grounded and strategically equipped.
At the same time, church leaders have demanding schedules and important commitments. Stopping ministry to further their education isn’t possible.
That’s why the Executive Master of Leadership and Ministry (EMLM) at AGTS was created. It’s designed for experienced clergy seeking to elevate their leadership while maintaining their ministry commitments.
This innovative program combines rigorous academic training with real-world ministry application. It offers exclusive access to seasoned ministry leaders who provide wisdom, mentorship, and insight.
Class interactions are flexible and designed to match a leader’s schedule. Students are connected to a dynamic peer network, given opportunities to publish their work, and equipped with practical strategies and deep theological understanding to navigate today’s challenges with confidence.
This program enables you to take your leadership to the next level—without stepping away from your calling.
