SPRINGFIELD, MO – Evangel University’s Assemblies of God Theological Seminary (AGTS) of Evangel University has launched a brand-new Executive Master of Leadership and Ministry (EMLM) program designed for active ministry leaders seeking to deepen their leadership capacity without stepping away from ministry.
This flexible, two-year graduate degree blends rigorous academic training with hands-on ministry application. “The EMLM is uniquely built for leaders who are already serving in full-time ministry,” said Dr. Randy Jumper, program director. “We’ve created a model that enhances leadership with coursework that reflects a student’s ministry context.”
