2019 Visit Schedule
FALL 2019 PRE-REGISTRATION ADMITTED STUDENT EVENTS
Plan to attend one of the Fall 2019 pre-registration events on June 10 or July 8. During this one-day event, you’ll be able to get assistance with all of your pre-enrollment tasks so you’ll be ready to go when you arrive for EU Launch on August 23.

Weekend Preview is our most complete campus visit experience for juniors, seniors, and transfer students. Come join us for an in-depth look at degree programs and life at EU. Weekend Preview happens only twice per year and space is limited, so register early to secure your spot.
Can’t make these dates? Come for a Friday Preview or a Weekday Visit.
Friday Preview is a full-day campus visit allowing you to get a taste of the unique opportunities available to you at Evangel. Friday Preview is open to all high school and transfer students. Come for the day, or expand your visit by staying on campus Thursday evening. (Overnight stays available to juniors, seniors, and transfers)
Can’t make these dates? Come for a Weekend Preview or a Weekday Visit.
Start your day at Evangel University! Our Weekday Visit is a half-day visit starting at 9 a.m., M-F. Take a tour of our beautiful 90-acre campus, explore degree programs, and have lunch on us. Optional class and faculty visits are available in the afternoon.
Note: Weekday visits are unavailable on certain days, including holidays and days when other visit events are taking place. See calendar for available dates.

Schedule your music major, minor, or ensemble audition on Friday from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. during one of our Friday Preview, Weekend Preview, or Founders Scholarship events. Auditions are open to high school juniors and seniors.
Spring Audition Dates:
Evangel participates in fourteen NAIA Division I sports and is a member of the Heart of America Athletic Conference. With proper notice, we can arrange appointments with coaches during any of our weekday visits or during Friday or Weekend Preview events. Students interested in playing varsity sports should complete our “Recruits” questionnaire. Some sports may hold special athletic recruitment events. For more information, contact the coach of the sport for which you are interested.
Founders Scholarship Interview Events
Founders Scholarship Interviews take place in December and January. These invitation-only events are for high school seniors and are required in order to receive a Founders scholarship award. You must apply for this scholarship and award amounts vary up to $21,000 per year. To learn more about this unique opportunity, please visit our Founders page.
October is College Awareness Month and we are thrilled to host high school students from Springfield and surrounding areas for campus tours and lunch. Bring your group to Evangel for a special look at our campus. Our group tours follow the same schedule as our weekday visits and includes a campus tour, lunch, and optional afternoon class visits. Arrival time is 9 a.m. in Riggs Hall. Registering your group at least one week in advance will allow us to plan for your arrival and ensure your group has a great experience. Fall 2019 Pre-Orientation/Registration
Get started right with one of our pre-orientation events. You’ll receive important information to help you navigate the registration process. Plus you’ll get your student ID, class schedule, and see one of our dorm rooms. Our admissions and financial aid staff will be on hand to assist with any final details.
