Kinesiology

Kinesiology is for students who enjoy working with other people, value physical activity and are interested in understanding the sciences related to human movement.

Graduates of the Kinesiology department can be found in a variety of professional settings, including coaching, education, government offices, business and the military, among others.

Many also move on to a variety of graduate programs such as sports medicine and physical therapy.

Evangel believes in developing Christian leaders who contribute to society by promoting holistic health. This includes physical, mental, social and emotional well-being, all rooted in a core value system based upon spiritual concepts.

Those interested in athletics and exercise may also want to check out the various intercollegiate athletic programs in which Evangel competes. The Mabee Student Fitness Center is also available to all students wanting to stay active or compete in intramurals.
