Cara Peyton to perform senior voice recital on Thursday, Nov. 21

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. –– Cara Peyton, music education major, will perform her senior voice recital on Thursday, Nov. 21, at 7:30 p.m. in the Barnett Recital Hall.

The recital is free, and the public is invited to attend.

Peyton will be accompanied by Carol Wilson, a 1975 Evangel graduate and local musician.

“This recital will help me hone my music preparation and performance skills, which, as a musician, I’ll be using for the rest of my life,” Peyton said.

After graduation, Peyton wants to pursue a career as an elementary music teacher and eventually obtain a master’s degree in school counseling.
