Marketing/Creative Project Request Form
The University Marketing and Communication Department works to create well-branded projects within a timely manner to promote Evangel University.
Please note that standard turnaround time for projects is 4 weeks. Printing offsite will add an additional 2 weeks minimum. Please keep this in mind when requesting a project. Call the marketing department for any questions or if you need something sooner!
What to Expect
When you submit a marketing project it will be:
Supervised
to ensure that your expectations are met or exceeded
Designed
in a manner that will uphold the university’s core values
Proofread
to reflect university writing style
Branded
in accordance with university identity guidelines
Produced
using university-approved vendors
What’s Next:
After submitting the Marketing Project Request Form:
1. A marketing team member will review your request and reach out with any questions.
2. The team will determine if they have the capacity to complete your project by the requested deadline. If it is not possible, a team member will reach out and let you know to determine an alternate solution.
3. If the project is doable, the team will get to work on the project.
4. You will receive regular updates on the project.
5. After receiving proofs of the project, the Marketing team will facilitate up to three rounds of minor edits, corrections and adjustments.
